To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Beni AI's services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you upload to train your AI agents. By uploading content, you grant Beni AI a license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services to you.
6. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beni AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
